How anonymity works
What is linked to you — and what is not.
Pulse surveys and feedback are not tied to your name or email. You enter with a shared company access code, not a personal login.
Admins only see group scores when enough people in that group have answered (default: 5+). Below that, results stay hidden.
Shoutouts are different: recognition is public on purpose and uses names from the company directory.
